The Citrus Academy develops audio-visual modules for particular aspects of citrus production and the citrus value chain. The modules are used by growers, farm and packhouse managers, learning providers, extension personnel, and anyone else that needs an effective way of developing and reinforcing skills and knowledge on particular aspects of citrus production. These modules are transcribed to produce learning material to accompany the audio-visual modules.
The Citrus Packhouses series aims to develop insight and a deep understanding of the operations of citrus packhouses. The modules are also used to train permanent and seasonal packhouse workers. The series replaces the outdated Citrus Postharvest and Citrus Packing series.
